Printing operation and printing parameter issues
Confirm whether the exposure of the lamp beads is normal
Confirm whether the light transmission of the clear screen and empty random model is normal, and place an A4 paper on it to see if the light transmission is normal
Confirm whether the leveling is normal, place a piece of A4 paper on the print screen, click on the four corners of the leveling button to pull it out. If you can pull it out, it means that the leveling is not good and needs to be re-leveled
Confirm whether the resin has expired, whether the local temperature is too low, and soak it in warm water before printing
Confirm whether the two hand-twisted nuts that fix the material trough during printing are tightened
Confirm whether the forming platform is firmly installed
Whether the release film is installed too loosely, you can use your fingers to check if there is a crisp sound
If all the above are normal, print the random model to see if it is normal. If the random model is normal, it is a slicing problem. Use the default parameter slicing of the latest version of HALOT BOX to check if there is too little support causing printing failure
