¶ Troubleshooting and solution
- Remove the resin and vat, and run a dry print test (i.e., leveling is completed, import the model and print without the vat and resin). Open the top cover to observe if there's any unusual noise from the build platform's vertical movement during printing.
- If there is no unusual noise, it may be due to the vat not being properly seated during installation, causing it to collide with the dispensing head as the build platform moves up and down. Reinstall the vat by pushing it down firmly against the dispensing head and then tighten the thumbscrew to secure it.
- Confirm that the fast-release film is not installed upside down; the smooth side should be facing upwards.
- Check the tension of the release film; if it's too loose, it can also lead to excessive noise.
- The size of the print model is also a factor; larger models tend to make more noticeable noise during the peel-off process, which is normal.
