For resonance noise, there's no permanent solution, only temporary optimization. Place the model at a 45-degree angle and change the infill pattern to honeycomb. Also, reduce the jerk speed.
Move the hotend in the Y-axis direction to rule out idler wheel noise from both ends of the X-axis (X-axis idler wheels won't move at this time, refer to arrow 1 direction. If there's no noise, the abnormal sound is coming from the X-axis idler wheels, which can be further troubleshooting individually).
Move at a 45-degree angle to the left in the Y-axis direction to rule out X-axis motor assembly idler wheel noise (Y-axis motor assembly won't move at this time, refer to arrow 2 direction. If there's no noise, the abnormal sound is coming from the front and back of the Y-axis motor, which can be further troubleshooting individually).
Move at a 45-degree angle to the right in the Y-axis direction to rule out Y-axis motor assembly idler wheel noise (X-axis motor assembly won't move at this time, refer to arrow 3 direction. If there's no noise, the abnormal sound is coming from the front and back of the X-axis motor, which can be further troubleshooting individually).
