¶ Maintenance
Multi-color printing is affected by the condition of the PTFE tube. The PTFE tube is a consumable part that may wear out over time due to filament friction. It is recommended to regularly check the wear condition of the PTFE tube during routine maintenance. If the tube becomes worn and is not replaced in time, it may cause abnormal filament feeding and clogging in the CFS. Ensure the PTFE tube is naturally positioned without excessive twisting or indentation.
- Excessive twisting will cause feeding difficulties and accelerate wear. Avoid angles of 90° or less.
- Observe the PTFE tube for signs of wear during long-term use.
- For multi-color printing, it is recommended to check the condition of the PTFE tube every 3-6 months.
