After self-check initiation, the nozzle crashes into the build plate.
¶ 2. Cause analysis
2.1 Upon unboxing, the limit switch cord was not connected, leading to abnormal homing of the device.
2.2 During the normal self-check, the printhead assembly will first trigger the X and Z axis limit switches, followed by homing on the Z axis.
¶ 3. Troubleshooting and solution
Check if the limit switch wires are installed correctly.
