1.1 Model does not adhere to platform during first layer printing;
1.2 Model detaches from platform during printing process;
1.3 Nozzle scrapes fill during model printing process;
1.4 Leveling detection abnormal, nozzle too high from build plate.
2.1 Platform contamination, residual print marks on the surface, 2.2 not properly cleaned.
2.2 The actual printing material does not match the slicing parameters; for instance, used non-Hyper PLA but selected Hyper PLA material parameters for slicing.
2.3 Long-term high-speed printing can easily cause vibrations that affect the platform.
2.4 Did not use official printing parameters (jagged filling), self-set parameters (other filling styles) resulted in nozzle scraping issues.
3.1 Check the platform for any debris. If there are remnants of printing materials, heat the build plate to above 80 degrees Celsius to soften the material for easier cleaning.
3.2 If using third-party printing materials, select generic types, e.g., Generic-PLA; it is recommended to use Hyper printing materials for optimal results.
3.3 Before each print, it is advised to activate the print calibration function to prevent the issue of the first layer not adhering.
3.4 If there is a problem with the nozzle scraping the infill, please check if the infill pattern in the print parameter settings is set to zigzag infill, or directly print a pre-sliced file that comes with it for verification.
3.5 Compensation in the Z-axis direction can be achieved through Expert Mode - Z-axis offset. (Applicable only for the current print.)
3.6 Compensation adjustment in the Z-axis can be performed through the slicer software Gcode (Z) offset.
3.7 Automatic generation of edges/smearing solid glue for the print bed adhesion option can effectively prevent issues with models not sticking.
3.8 Ensure there are no foreign objects on the build plate and Y-axis motion area, no wiring is touching the build plate, and re-level the platform.
