Cutter not calibrated/cutter worn, filament not completely cut
Check the filament break detection indicator light
Check the filament position
Unload the filament and check its condition
1. Clean the extruder/nano, reload the filament
2. Clean the jammed filament inside the extruder, check the cutter status, and calibrate the cutter
