Improper installation of the nozzle pin causes the nozzle to protrude, resulting in printing exceptions.
- First, observe whether the nozzle is properly installed and whether the nozzle pin is outside the fixing slot. If confirmed to be outside the fixing slot, please reinstall it according to the following guidelines:
Note: Before installation, ensure that the nozzle temperature is below 40°C before proceeding with the installation.
- Loosen the buckle and remove the nozzle;
- Place the nozzle parallel into the nozzle mounting slot;
- Press the end of the nozzle fully into the nozzle mounting slot, ensuring the pin is properly seated;
- Lock the nozzle buckle back into place.
