1. Insert the USB drive.
2. Click Help - Fault reporting - Export Log.
3. Wait for the log export to complete.
Note: Depending on the size of the log, it may take up to 10-15 minutes to export, please be patient.
4. Send the log on the USB drive to customer service.
Before performing this operation:
Ensure the printer is connected to the network and bound to Creality Cloud.
1. Click Help - Fault reporting.
2. Wait for the fault report to complete.
3. Enter the Creality Cloud APP or PC web page, go to Workbench - find Creality Hi - Copy Device ID, and provide the Device ID to customer service.
