The nozzle wiper assembly is a device that cleans the nozzle after filament flushing to ensure nozzle cleanliness.
¶ 1.2. When Maintenance is Needed
After each print and nozzle wiping, check if there are any filament residues on the metal piece and silicone strip. Clean the residues promptly to avoid affecting leveling and printing.
Check the condition of the silicone strip once a week.
¶ 1.3. How to Maintain
Clean the residues on the silicone strip. If severely worn, replace the strip.
¶ 2. Camera Maintenance
¶ 2.1 When Maintenance is Needed
Clean the camera lens when the video is blurry or visibly dirty. If printing ABS, it's recommended to clean once a week.
¶ 2.2 How to Maintain
Use a lint-free cloth and alcohol to gently wipe the camera surface.
¶ 3. Fan Maintenance
Regularly check the model fan and heat break fan for dust and debris. Clean promptly to ensure normal operation.

Maintain with the printer powered off, use tools to clean dust and debris.
¶ 4. Motor Maintenance
Check monthly if motor connections are loose, tighten screws if necessary.
Clean dust and debris from motor surfaces to maintain good heat dissipation.
¶ 5. Hot Bed Calibration
Calibrate the hot bed once a month to ensure even temperature distribution.
Check hot bed wiring for damage or aging.
¶ 6. Check PTFE Tube
Check the wear and smoothness of the PTFE tube's inner wall monthly.
Inspect the PTFE tube for wear or blockage, replace promptly if worn or blocked.
