PTFE tube x4
¶ Operation steps:
¶ 1. Disconnect four PTFE tubes
Remove the PTFE tube from the limit slot first
Disconnect the 4 PTFE tubes connected with hub device. Note that the terminal of the pneumatic connector must be pressed before pulling out, otherwise it may be pulled out.
¶ 2. Remove the four screws
Remove the four screws that secure the bottom
¶ 3. Remove the cable
Pull the entire feeding module up by hand
Remove the cable cover and pull out the cable from the motor adapter board.
¶ 4. Remove the extrusion module
¶ 5. Disconnect four PTFE tubes
¶ 6. Replace the new PTFE pipe
Plug in four new PTFE tubes for replacement
¶ 7. Install the filament loading and unloading module
Connecting cable
Guide the PTEF tube through the reserved holes
Press down to install the filament loading and unloading assembly
¶ 8. Install the fixing screws
Install the bottom with four screws
¶ 9. Use PTFE pipe to connect hub
Connect the PTFE pipe
Press into the limit slot
