Cloud Space is a built-in cloud storage service in CrealityScan. You can upload scanned models to the cloud and view them on different devices (phone, tablet, computer). On PC, you can also download model files. Every registered user gets 2.00GB of free cloud space.
Note: The supported upload formats vary by data type:
- Fusion data: PLY, STL, OBJ, 3MF
- Meshing data: PLY, STL, OBJ, 3MF
- Texture data: PLY, OBJ, 3MF
- Open CrealityScan, click the "Log In" icon in the upper-right corner, and sign in to your account.
2. Open the project you want to upload, click the "Share button" in the upper-right corner, and select "My Cloud".
3. On the share page, you can set the Model Name, Model Format, and Model Cover.
4. Click "OK" and wait for the model to finish uploading.
5. Return to the main screen and select "My Cloud" on the left to view your uploaded models.
6. You can also click "Upload Model" on this page to select a file from your computer. Supported formats: OBJ/PLY/STL/3MF.
- Open the CrealityScan App, go to the settings page, and log in to your account.
2. Return to the main screen, open the project you want to upload, and tap the upper-right corner to enter the share page.
3. Select "Upload" and configure the data type and format as needed:
- In the middle area, select the specific scan files: from left to right, they are Fusion Data, Meshing Data, and Texture Data (optional).
- In the lower-right corner, select the file format (same format options as noted above).
- After setting the data and format, tap Upload. Make sure your phone is connected to the internet.
- Set the project name (we recommend using "object name + project date"), then tap "OK". The app will start uploading model.
5. After the upload is complete, return to the main screen, open the settings page, and select Cloud Storage to view your uploaded models.
- Open the settings page and log in to your account.
2. Return to the main screen, open the project you want to upload, and tap "Share" in the upper-right corner to enter the share page.
3. Select Upload to Creality Cloud:
- In the middle area, select the specific scan files (Fusion Data, Meshing Data, Texture Data).
- In the lower-left corner, select the file format, tap "Upload", set the project name, and tap "OK" to start uploading.
- Wait for the model to finish uploading.
5. Return to the main screen, open the settings page, and select Cloud Space to view your uploaded models.
¶ 📥 How to View and Open Cloud Space Files on Another Device
- Log in to the same CrealityScan account on a new device (computer or phone).
- On PC: Select Cloud Space on the left to view stored models.
- On Mobile: Open the settings page and select Cloud Space to view stored models.
- To convert a model file into a project file, tap the upper-right corner of the model file and select Save As.
5. Switch to the home page, click Open → Open Project or Model, and navigate to the path where you just saved the file.
6. Click Edit Model in the upper-right corner to convert the model into a project file.
In addition to the personal private cloud space, CrealityScan also connects to the official community platform Creality Cloud. Through the interface provided by Creality Cloud, you can view the model on the web. Currently, models are private and not publicly visible.
- Open the Creality Cloud website and log in to your account.
- Click your account avatar in the top-right corner.
3. Select "3D Models" and open "Scan Models" to view your uploaded models. Currently, models are visible only to you and cannot be made public.
