¶ 1. Phenomenon Description
After the sonic screen is connected to the machine, Z-axis compensation is carried out. The sonic screen pops up "Tips: Calibration value is out of range......".
¶ 2. Cause Analysis

Touch is fixed incorrectly or the probe is extended too short

The hot bed is too close to the nozzle
¶ 3. Troubleshooting

Tighten all the knobs fixing the hot bed, and then loosen two or three turns; And then finish the Z-axis compensation.

Check whether Touch is fixed in the correct position

Check whether Touch probe is fully extended during Z-axis compensation. If not, replace Touch.
